The Center Rules

#1 Play Area: all children in the back play area of the Smart Track Academy center MUST be supervised by a Smart Track Academy staff member. If a staff member is not available at the time, your child may not play with the toys in the play area.
#2 All payments (registration & tuition) are NON-refundable.
#3 Children that are or appear ill will be denied entry into the Smart Track Academy center. If your child had a fever, diarrhea, vomiting, etc. in the prior 24 hours, please keep that child at home. We are working very hard to keep this place healthy and clean. The student will not be allowed to attend school if the staff believes the child is ill and may cause a health threat to the other students. We reserve the right NOT to let your child attend classes if he/she is sick, and will contact you to pick up your child early from the Smart Track Academy center.
#4 Please bring your child(ren) 5-10 minutes before the classes start. (students need to wash their hands, go to the restroom, socialize with other students prior to the start of classes). Late students may be denied entry into the Smart Track Academy center, as they may disturb the harmony of the learning process in the classroom. The tardy student may be required to wait until there is a break in the lesson before joining his/her classmates.
#5 If a student is not picked up 10 minutes after classes are over, a late pick-up fee will be charged in 15 minute increments (rounded up). Payment must be made in cash and prior to the start of your child's next session.
#6 Snacks provided by parents should be healthy and should NOT contain any of the following: chocolate, fried foods, fast food, potato/corn chips, cookies, candy, gum, juice, nuts (inc. peanut butter).
#7 Students must bring their own water bottles every day.
#8 For drop-off classes, an extra set of clothing (tops/bottoms/undergarments/socks) should be provided by the parent in case of an "accident".
#9 Students at the Smart Track Academy center must wear closed-toed shoes to avoid injury.
#10 Private Tutoring: if your child arrives late for a private tutoring session, the session will still end at the originally designated time and you will be financially responsible for the originally scheduled time period.
